Yes, year-round service is available. When conditions are extreme or unsafe, we'll notify you about any schedule change.
What if my yard is bigger than normal?
Our online estimates are based on up to approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of actual cleanable backyard area. Larger or difficult yards require a personalized quote.
What if my yard hasn't been cleaned in months?
We'll assess the accumulation and quote the first cleanup separately. We'll confirm your rate before service, not surprise you with charges afterward.
Do I need to be home?
No. Just provide safe access to your yard. We send a completion notification and photo of your closed gate.
How are monthly plans billed?
We send your monthly invoice on the 1st. You can keep a card securely on file for convenient payment. Monthly rates are based on an average of 4.33 weeks.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. There's no long-term contract. Our current cancellation policy asks for notice at least 14 days before the next billing date.
